CG WoW 2026 Zine Ad Submission Guidelines
Full page: $300 | Half page: $150 | Quarter page: $75
Build your ad to the exact dimensions for the size purchased:
Full page: 5.5 × 8.5 inches, plus ⅛-inch bleed on all sides. The submitted file should measure 5.75 × 8.75 inches.
Half page, horizontal: 5 × 3.75 inches; no bleed.
Quarter page, vertical: 2.375 × 3.75 inches; no bleed.
Submit one print-ready PDF (preferred) or high-resolution PNG HERE.
Canva links, Word documents, and separate logos or images cannot be accepted.
Name the file: BusinessName_AdSize.pdf
Example: GroveHotel_HalfPage.pdf
Artwork must be 300 dpi at final size. Please do not submit screenshots or low-resolution web graphics.
For full-page ads, keep important text, logos, and QR codes at least ¼ inch inside the finished 5.5 × 8.5-inch trim edge.
Submit finished artwork only. All wording, spelling, contact information, logos, images, and QR codes must be final and approved.
Test all QR codes before submitting.
Do not include crop marks, printer marks, or instructions inside the artwork.
Ads will be placed as supplied; design, rewriting, and extensive corrections are not included
